Blu's Tips

🍅
Use Oil-Packed Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes have more flavor and better texture than the dry-packed kind. Worth the extra dollar.
🧀
Freshly Grated Parmesan Only
Pre-shredded parmesan has anti-caking agents that make the sauce grainy. Grate it fresh from the block for a silky smooth sauce.
🍗
Pound the Chicken Even
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness so they cook evenly. No dry edges with a raw center.
🍝
Serve Over Something Good
This sauce is too good to waste. Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or polenta so nothing gets left behind.

How to Store It

Keep it fresh as long as possible

❄️
Refrigerator
4 Days
Store in an airtight container. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of cream to bring the sauce back to life.
🧊
Freezer
2 Months
Cream-based sauces can separate when frozen. Freeze if needed but fresh is always better with this one.
🔥
Reheat
Low & Slow
Reheat on low heat. High heat will break the cream sauce. Add a splash of broth or cream to loosen it up.
🙏

Some meals are just meant to bring people together. This one does it every single time.
