Chocolate Chip Cookies

The cookie everyone asks for. Crispy edges, chewy centers, and chocolate in every single bite.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 11 minutes Serves: 24 cookies

What You Need:

2 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups chocolate chips

 

 

How To Make It:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Mix flour baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside

  3. Beat butter granulated sugar and brown sugar together until creamy

  4. Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture and beat well

  5. Gradually mix in flour mixture

  6. Stir in chocolate chips

  7. Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet

  8. Bake 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown

  9. Pull them out before they look completely done

  10. Let cool on pan for 2 minutes before moving
